CAP268 - Shate Al Raha

Located at Plot No. C8a, Sector RBW3 in the prestigious Al Raha area of Abu Dhabi. This ongoing project, with a budget of 2,000,000 DHS, is being executed in collaboration with Capriole Construction Co. LLC as the main contractor and City Plan Consulting Engineers as the main consultant. Combining innovative solutions with meticulous attention to detail, this project is set to redefine the standards of residential and commercial development in the region.

Ground Tec for Foundation (GTF) was established in the UAE in 2024 as an expansion of Fontec, which has been providing geotechnical and foundation services since 1990. With a team of experienced engineers and expertise dating back to 1980, GTF specializes in high-quality soil retaining, foundation design, and value engineering solutions. Building on its legacy, GTF continues to deliver cost-effective and innovative geotechnical services, supported by notable projects executed by Fontec-Egypt since 2015.

Ground Tec for Foundation is established in the United Arab Emirates in 2024 as an expansion of FONTEC which was established in Egypt and started its work in 1990
